WWE NXT-starts this Tuesday

I think I maybe checking out this new NXT show thats coming up this Tuesday. The show itself is replacing ECW, which hasn’t really been doing well since it’s debute in 2006.

I find it an interesting idea since it is showcasing mainly the new guys who relatively unknown and starting in WWE. This in my opnion is a very good idea seen as there really aren’t that many new maineventer other than the usual guys etc. Triple H, John Cena, Randy Orton. Obviously there will be longtime until any of them get to that point, but atleast there’s a chance of seeing the future of WWE for many years to come.

Yes, now I’m very excited about this. Recently watched the trailer, and of course The Joker is back, but all beat up. From what you can tell from the trailer the city seems to be going to hell, and TWO FACE shall most definately be in it, if you look very carefully at the video at around 0:36.

Looks like old Bats is going to have his hands full, which how we like it!!

It’s official, on December 22nd, Eminem’s Relapse:Refill shall be released. No doubt this is to soak up anticipation for Relapse 2, which hasn’t of yet been given a release date. Seriously, how can they do this. If it is true, there should be a a massive uproar of all people who feel this should not EVER take place. After they took all the credibility that ‘Hallelujah’ had before it was used by them 2 years ago, they surely can’t even consider this. Is Simon Cowells goal in life to ruin classic songs by turning them into poppy soon to be forgotten songs?? If it is, he is the biggest tosser in the world.

Here it is if you are not aware of the song. I only first heard it about 3 months ago, and can’t get enough of it.

Crunkcore – Why oh why

The title pretty much says it doesn’t it?!?!

Well, yeah, this whole thing came to my attention when I heard of this band called Brokencyde (i refuse to use the caplock in the name because the names retarded anyway, and putting that in doesn’t make it any better). These guys are supposedly considered to be Crunkcore. LOL. Who thinks of these things?? It’s just plain stupid.
I have listened to them, and if I had to come up with an opinion, i’d say they were Rap, techno, metal, rock, pop, scene *insert other genres* because there is no sigle group you can put them in. So obviously the easiest thing to do would be to create a new genre that stems off from maybe ten different genres, and give it a name that is completely unconnected to any of them.

CRUNKCORE!! Yep, you read that right, Crunkcore. Sure, it sounds good, but thats about the only thing that gives it any merits.What does it even mean?? Does anyone know?? People will say ‘listen to a band which play this music and then you know’ but as i said before, it sounds like loads of different genres mixed together, and it doesn’t even sound good.

The bands who are Crunkcore include:
>Brokencyde
>Family Force 5
>3OH!3 (pro-nounced 3 oh 3)
>Millionaires

If you haven’t heard of any of these i wouldn’t really be surprised. I heard a lot of people recently mention the 3rd band 3OH!3. I listened, i pretty much despised, i ignored. How can they get away with making stuff like this. Even Kerrang has paned this stuff. One song I heard by the group Millionaires called Alcohol is just an absolute insult in more ways than one, the chorus basically been this:

‘Come and get fucked up, me and my alcohol. Lets get fucked up’

WOW, about 75% of the song is made up this LOL how shit.

If this is what this music genre is made of you can pretty much stick it where no man would dare venture, seriously. This stuff makes Hollywood Undead acceptable in more ways than one.

THIS GETS THE TED STAMP OF UTTER DISAPPROVAL!!

P.S. i’m not insulting those that listen to it, just the genre (why would you want to anyway)

Smackdown 20/11/09

Smackdown was very entertaining this week with the highlights of it been the 2 out of 3 falls match between John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler, another great promo from CM Punk and the Main Event which was The Brother Of Destruction vs Jerishow, setting up the Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series very well.

The first match of the night was Batista vs Matt Hardy in a good little match making The Animal look dominating, and was pretty much a squash with very little offence from Hardy.

The match following was Finlay vs Drew McIntyre, with Finlay beating on McIntyre from the get go, but gets poked in the eye. McIntyre eventually gets a Double Arm Underhook DDT for the win. Poor Finlay!!

Then we saw a very good match from 2 up and comers Ziggler and Morrison. Lots of back and forth action with Ziggler going after the injured ribs of Morrison for most of the match. Morrison Got the 1st pinfall with a roll up early on. Ziggler would eventually get the 2nd fall after going after the ribs and delivering the Zig Zag. Despite this Morrison fought through the pain and went on to successfully defend the title after taking Ziggler out with Starship Pain.

Divas match kept the storyline between Micke and Mccool and Layla going, but other than that, didn’t interest me.

CM Punk did another great promo about being straight edge by pretty much throwing everything that can poison you (Cigarettes, Pain killers, Alcohol) in to a trash can in the ring. R-Truth would eventually come to the ring and talk Punk down and take him out with a DDT and empty the trash can of drugs and smokes all over Punk. This was an amusing promo.

Rey took on Tyson Kidd in a decent match with Batista at the announcer’s table to watch the match (he didn’t speak throughout the match). Batista would interfere causing Rey Rey to lose by disqualification, which would cause Rey to take Batista down with a seated senton, embarrassing The Animal a 2nd time.

The main event which seemed to go to a non finish was a fun match with plenty of action setting up the triple threat match very well. The end kind of came when Jericho is in the ring been doubled teamed by The BoD, but Big Show would help Jericho by Choke-Slamming Taker. But when Show went to help Chris up, Chris would deliver the Code Breaker to Show and runaway with Takers World Championship. Will this be the scene at Survivor Series?
